ON THE EXPLOITATION OF SLAVE, FORCED OR CHILD LABOUR

I. That does not employ minors under 16 or 18 years old in any dangerous or unhealthy night-time activities, except as apprentices and from 14 years of age under current legislation, complying with all applicable laws and regulations;
II. That does not use slave or forced labor, as well as child labor in its productive chain.

ON DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT

That prohibits any practice of discrimination and moral or sexual harassment.
